Is it safe to connect my exchange?
Yes. We only accept read-only API keys with no trading or withdrawal permissions. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We physically cannot move your funds.
What data do you access?
Trade history, open positions, and account balances. We sync the last 90 days of trades on first connect, then update every 5 minutes.
How do I get a read-only API key?
Bybit: Go to API Management, create a new key, and only enable "Read" permission.
Binance: Go to API Management, create a key, and only enable "Enable Reading."
Never enable Trade, Transfer, or Withdraw.
What are the free tier limits?
Free users get 30K tokens/day (~15-20 queries), 1 exchange connection, and access to basic PnL, positions, and stats. Upgrade to Pro for behavior analysis, weekly reports, and anomaly alerts.
Can it trade for me?
No. BitLens AI is strictly an analysis tool. It reads your data and provides insights, but it cannot and will never execute trades on your behalf.
